Bruschettas with Xygalo (sour milk)
Ingredients:
- 1 rustic bread
- 100gr cherry tomatoes
- 250gr Sitias’ xygalo (sour milk)
- 100ml organic olive oil
- A little fennel
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
Εxecution:
Cut the bread into slices and add a little olive oil.
Bake in the oven, on the heating elements until they get a little color.
Remove the slices of bread from the oven and place the garnish.
First the xygalo, then the cherry tomatoes, the spices and the fennel.
Serve with olive oil PDO Sitia.
