Ingredients: 5 Tbs oat flakes 2 Digestive type cookies 3 tsp “Toplou” honey 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 2 sticks vanilla 1 yogurt 2% 4 Tbs cream cheese lemon zest Melaion For the base Put the cookies, oats and cinnamon in the mixer. Distribute the mixture in the glasses and put half a teaspoon of honey on top. For the cream Mix the yogurt with the cream, vanilla and lemon zest and put it in the glasses.
