Fruit crepes
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of wholemeal flour
- 100 ml goat’s milk light
- 100 ml of water
- 1 kg of honey Toplou thyme-pine-herbs
- 1 vanilla 1 pinch of
- cinnamon
- coconut oil for frying
Execution
Mix the flour, milk, water and honey with the vanilla and cinnamon.
Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
Add a little more milk if you prefer thin pancakes or add more flour if you want it to be thicker.
Heat a small pan and grease it with a little oil after each crepe. With a cup of coffee put the dough in the pan and spread it all over the surface. Bake for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Serve your crepes with Toplou honey, berries, blueberries, strawberries and cranberries.
