Ingredients:
- 250g flour that swells on its own
- 1 sachet of instant yeast
- 200ml lukewarm water
- 2 tsp Organic Thyme Honey Toplou
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
- Sunflower oil for frying
For garnish:
200ml Organic Thyme Honey Toplou, 250ml water, Unpeeled sesame and Cinnamon
Execution:
We start with the syrup as it must be cold to garnish the donuts
Put the water and honey in a saucepan for 5 minutes.
Once it is homogenized, close it and leave it to cool.
To make the dough, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand whisk.
Once the mixture becomes a lip, cover it with a film and let it rest for 40 ‘.
Place the sunflower oil in a deep pan or saucepan over medium heat.
With a teaspoon we pass as much mixture as we want to make the donuts.
Turn them to brown on all sides and put them on a plate with kitchen paper to absorb the oil.
Once the whole mixture is finished, dip the donuts in the syrup and cover with cinnamon and sesame.
