Ingredients:
- 100 gr of Toplou Carob honey
- 100 gr flour
- 350 ml of water
- cinnamon
- Sesame
Execution:
Put the water and the flour in a saucepan over a high heat, mix it well with the whisk to dissolve the flour in the water.
Add the honey and stir a little more intensely to incorporate this as well.
Lower the heat to low and stir constantly until it starts to boil.
As soon as the mixture starts to coagulate, count 3-4 minutes and pour the cream we made into bowls.
Serve the black flour with cinnamon and roasted sesame seeds either hot or at room temperature.
Tip: Sprinkle the cream with whatever nuts we like and if we want we put it in the cream as soon as it thickens in the pot. Finally, to add that all the secret of the taste is in the honey, so I decided to put this very tasty carob honey that has a rich taste.
