Ingredients:
- 550 gr flour
- 2 sachets of yeast
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp Toplou thyme – heather honey
- 60 gr milk
- 110 gr of orange juice
- 40 gr butter
- 2 eggs
- Orange zest
- 1 pinch of salt
- Raisins that I have puffed in brandy
- Walnuts
- Dried fruit
Execution:
Put the grated sugar in the bowl of the mixer and grind for 10 minutes.
Then I add the yeast, milk, juice, butter, eggs.
Once homogenized, add the flour, salt and honey.
Then I add the raisins, the nuts, the dried fruits and I put speed 2 for 30 minutes.
I cover my dough for 2 hours until it doubles.
After 2 hours, I put it in a special panetone form and leave it for another 4-5 hours.
Bake at 180 on a medium grill for 40-50 minutes. When it turns brown, turn it off.
Sprinkle with icing or chocolate truffle or icing.
