In a Greek agricultural paradise, Sitia, the Organic olive oil of the Savvidakis family is produced. It is an extra virgin olive oil characterized as a PDO product of Sitia. Superior class olive oil with strong taste and spicy aftertaste. It is collected from unripe-green olives, of the Koroneiki variety, in early October, with traditional manual methods from trees of tens of years. It is an exquisite organic olive oil of high nutritional value with a strong fruit aroma, characteristic taste and rich antioxidant properties. Olive oil is the main ingredient of the Cretan diet and has been associated with good health, longevity, tradition and Cretan’s culture. Extremely high quality organic thyme honey produced in the unique areas with thyme of Toplou Monastery. It has a strong aroma of thyme and the aromas of the Cretan land. It is the first organic honey produced in Crete and is released with the signature of the producer, father & founder of our company Mr. George Savvidakis. Pefkothymaromelo Kritis P.D.O.

Where the pine forest meets the famous thyme places of Crete, Pefkothymaromelo of Crete P.D.O. is created. This rare natural coexistence gives a fragrant honey with the aromas of pure thyme honey and the taste of wild pines. It's a treasure of Cretan nature! Nutritional value: It is of high nutritional value and has a positive effect on the heart. It has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antibacterial action while its antioxidant properties act protectively for the cells of our body. Serving suggestion: Give the aroma of Cretan nature to breakfast, yogurt, cooking & pastry.    

Pine Honey “Toplou”

The most fragrant pine honey is collected from the forest of Selakanos, Crete, one of the most beautiful & important ecosystems of the Mediterranean, characterized as "Natura 2000". The combination of the island with mountain & sea gives honey the aroma and taste of Cretan nature. Nutritional value: Pine honey is considered honey of high nutritional value. It is rich in minerals and trace elements (calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, etc.). Due to its low sugar content it is suitable for diabetics and has fewer calories compared to flower honey. Serving suggestion: Suitable for meats, sauces, salads & confectionery.

Rakaki – Tsikoudia v.38%

Raki or tsikoudia, the transparent aromatic nectar of the Cretan land, is not only a local product of Crete. It is the essence of a genuine tradition, the identity of a culture that is fully connected to the daily life of the proud inhabitants of the island, expressing in the best way the Cretan hospitality. Tsikoudia in Crete, among other things, is a sign of friendship and kindness, a tool of communication. With a tsikoudia, the Cretans want to celebrate or welcome their guests, to talk in the cafe with the company, to overcome their sorrows and to resolve their differences. Raki is produced from local varieties of Crete (mainly liatiko) by the method of distilling grapes in copper fractional ambyka. Cretans use raki daily as a medicine. Accompanies Greek delicacies such as: Olives, Nut with tomato & oregano, tzatziki, omaties, artichoke etc. With a small glass of tsikoudia, the Cretans squeak in the joys and say "Stin Ygeia Mas". Served: Cool at 10-15oC

A fantastic combination of amber thyme with heather. It has a strong aroma and a very strong taste. Heather is an exquisite honey that is collected shortly before the end of the productive season of the bees in Autumn. It has a dark color and crystallizes very quickly! It has excellent nutritional value, is rich in protein, phenols and has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. Nutritional value: Honey of high nutritional value with tonic effects for the human body, as it contains many natural nutrients, vitamins, enzymes and amino acids.
