Ingredients:
- 100g barley nut
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 14g olives slices
- 2 tbs lemon juice & zest
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- A little oregano
Garnish:
Cottage cheese, Melaion, Olive paste, Mushrooms, Sun-dried tomato
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl. Shape and place in a pan with non-stick paper. Bake at 180, in the air for 40-45′. Let them cool a bit and start garnishing the crackers as we like.
Οther serving suggestions:
– Add 1 tsp cottage cheese & 1 tsp Melaion.
– Add 1 tsp olive paste, roasted mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and 1 tsp Melaion.
