Granola is so delicious, so healthy! Incredible accompaniment to milk, yogurt or plain as we consume nuts. It is a source of fiber, vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients:
- 400gr oat flakes
- 50gr coarsely chopped almonds
- 50gr raisins
- 50gr cranberry without sugar
- 80gr sunflower seeds
- 250gr Toplou pine honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 50gr water
- 1 vanilla
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 orange peel
Execution:
- bring the water to a boil together with the honey, cinnamon, orange peel and oil
- pass in the multi the nuts and the dried fruits
- then put them in a bowl with the oats and vanilla
- add the syrup and mix well to go all over the mixture
- add the mixture to a pan with non-stick paper and bake for about 1 hour at 140 degrees until golden brown
