Ingredients:

• 150 gr soft organic butter
• 270 gr organic flour for all uses
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 250 ml of milk
• 4 tbsp organic Toplou thyme honey
• 1 pinch of salt
• 3 eggs

For garnish:
100ml organic thyme honey Toplou. Various berries of your choice

Execution:
For the waffle dough, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer.
When the mixture is homogenized, let it rest for 15 minutes.
Put the mixture with a cup in the waffle iron.
It cooks very quickly on both sides.
Garnish with honey and fruit of your choice.
