Grilled Vegetables with Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 200gr sheep yogurt
- 100gr tomatoes
- 100gr broccoli
- 2 eggplants
- 2 red peppers
- 2 green peppers
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil P.D.O. Sitia
- 1 tsp fennel
- Salt
- Pepper
Εxecution:
Wash the vegetables very well and pass them through absorbent paper towels.
Place the vegetables in a pan with non-stick paper.
Season with salt and pepper and cover with a little olive oil.
