Dough Ingredients:
- 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup of tsikoudia
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 glass of water
- 1/2 about a kilo of flour
Filling ingredients:
- 1 plate of grated rustic cheese
- 3-4 eggs
- 1 tsp of Toplou honey
Served with honey and sprinkled with walnuts or peanuts.
Execution:
Knead all the dough ingredients together until firm. Prepare the flavor with the cheese, eggs and honey. Open a spinner like a rope with your hands and open it with the rolling pin to put the filling and shape it again. We make a snail shape. Fry them in a lot of olive oil and turn them on both sides. Serve sprinkled with honey and nuts.
