Ingredients:
- 500 gr. leaf of Beirut
- 150 gr. cow butter
- 250 gr. grated pistachio
- 250 gr. grated walnuts
For the syrup:
- 2 tbsp Toplou thyme-sage honey
- 120 gr sugar
- 100 gr water
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 lemon peel
Execution:
Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Butter a rectangular pan well and place the sheet one by one, buttering it. Every 4 leaves put the mixture of peanuts and walnuts. Once we put all the leaves, cut the baklava into triangular pieces. Preheat the oven to 15 degrees in the air and place the pan. Bake in two hours and after it has turned brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes. Make the syrup and pour it hot into the baklava. Once it absorbs the syrup and cools, it is ready to serve!
