It is an excellent choice for breakfast or snacks as it is rich in nutrients & can satisfy any desire for dessert if a spoonful of tahini with cocoa is added.
Ingredients:
- Two vanillas
- Orange zest
- 4 ripe bananas
- 250gr ground oats
- 80gr thyme honey “Toplou”
- 100 ml almond or goat milk
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Execution:
Mix all the solid ingredients. Oats, cinnamon, bananas, zest and vanilla. Mix the liquid elements (honey and milk) in a second bowl. Transfer the liquid elements slowly to the solids, stirring until our mixture is uniform. Place in a non-stick pan and put it in the oven for baking.
