Honey cake with ginger
Ingredients:
- 220 gr gluten free flour
- 300 gr Toplou thyme honey
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 100 ml olive oil
- 225 ml of water
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 150 gr Brown sugar
- 3 eggs
Execution:
Mix all the solid ingredients. Flour, ginger, cinnamon and sugar. Mix the liquid elements in a second bowl. Honey, olive oil, water and eggs. Transfer the liquid elements slowly to the solids, stirring until our mixture is uniform. Place in the oven for baking.
