Ingredients:
- 300 gr Carob honey “Toplou”
- 300 g unpeeled sesame
- zest of 1 orange
- 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
Execution:
I wash the sesame well, drain it and throw it in a non-stick pan, on a medium intensity, stirring constantly until it starts to smell and darken in color. I put the honey in the pot and let it boil on a medium heat for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes I add the zest of an orange and a lemon and when it starts to tighten I add the sesame seeds, mix well and leave it for another 2 minutes. I put a grease gun in a pan and pour the mixture into it. I spread it with a spatula. I leave them in the pan to cool completely and they are ready to eat.
